How do I subscribe to the MIRENA® Ready Newsletter?

Once you sign in from the Main Page, go to "Update Your MIRENA® Ready Profile" and check the box that indicates you would like to subscribe to the Newsletter, located at the bottom left.

What do I do if I forget my password or login?

From the Main Page, click on the "Patients" button. Under username and password, you will see a link "I forgot my username" and "I forgot my password." Click on the respective link and follow the instructions. It will ask you to enter your e-mail you used to register. Check your e-mail for the information following completion of the set instructions.

What is my MIRENA® Ready Profile and what is it for?

Your MIRENA® Ready Profile consists of the information from the questions you answered when registering on the website. This information is used to personalize your MIRENA® Ready experience. Bayer Inc. will protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

What do I do if I am not receiving the MIRENA® Ready Newsletters even though I am subscribed to it?

Did you receive a Newsletter when you first registered?
If not, check your e-mail settings to make sure that the Newsletter did not go to your JunkMail folder. You can also check your MIRENA® Ready Profile Setting to make sure that you subscribed to the Newsletter and it is going to the right e-mail address.
If you did receive a Newsletter when you first registered, did your MIRENA® Ready Profile change since then? Check your Profile. If it did change, update your Profile to indicate that you would like to receive Newsletters. If it did not change, then stay tuned for the Newsletter to be sent once every 2-4 months. You should start seeing them soon.
Once you log in from the Main Page, you can also view all of the previous Newsletters by clicking on "MIRENA® Ready Newsletters" under RESOURCES on the bottom lefthand side on the sidebar. By clicking on the Newsletter you would like to see, it will pop up in another window.

Do I have to answer all of the questions on the registration?

No, you only need to answer the ones with a red asterisk (*). However the more information you provide, the better your MIRENA® Ready experience will be.

How do I make changes to my MIRENA® Ready Profile?

Once you sign in from the Main Page, click on "Update Your MIRENA® Ready Profile" on the left sidebar. Review your Profile, and if you wish to update it, simply click the "SUBMIT" button. Your MIRENA® Ready experience will be better as you update your Profile.

How do I unsubscribe from the MIRENA® Ready Newsletters?

Once you sign in from the Main Page, go to "Update Your MIRENA® Ready Profile" and un-check the box that indicates you would like to subscribe to the Newsletter, located at the bottom left. Alternatively, you can also go to your latest MIRENA® Ready Newsletter in your e-mail and scroll to the bottom to find the link indicating to "click here" to unsubscribe.

I wish for my information to be removed from the MIRENA® Ready website. How would I do this?

If you wish your personal information to be removed from our system, please send your request from the email account that you've used to register for MIRENA® Ready to contactbayer@bayer.com and your request will be processed.

What is a DIN?

A DIN is a Drug Identification Number, a unique product identifier used in Canada for pharmaceutical products that are authorized for sale. It is the code you will need to register on the MIRENA® website, validating that you are a patient. MIRENA®'s DIN is available on all product packaging. If you have misplaced your MIRENA® package, then you can ask your Health Care Professional for the DIN.

Where can I get a DIN?

You can find the MIRENA® DIN (Drug Identification Number), a unique product identifier used in Canada for pharmaceutical products that are authorized for sale, on all MIRENA® packaging.
The DIN is an 8-digit number located in the upper right-hand corner on the front-side of the box containing MIRENA®. See below for an example.



The DIN can also be found on the DIN card in the MIRENA® Patient Information Brochure which has been provided to you by your physician. This number is required for website security because you have been prescribed MIRENA® by a medical professional.
If you have misplaced your MIRENA® package, the DIN can also be provided to you by your Health Care Professional. The DIN is the code you will need to register on the MIRENA® website, validating that you are a patient.

What do I do if I cannot see the "terms and conditions" box?

If you cannot see the "terms and conditions" box once you try to register, check to see that your pop-ups are not blocked in your internet options. "Pop-ups" must be allowed to view this website.
